Although designing, building, testing, and then re-designing, re-building, and re-testing a robot, is a fundamental part of the program, the First Robotics concept is really much broader than that. In fact, it's much like starting and running a business. As a consequence, the team needs to assemble a group of students and mentors too with a broad array of talents, skills, and interests.
